- Our gluten free range allows you to enjoy the complex and delicious flavours of Belgian chocolate without the gluten. Options include irresistible butter creams and ganache varieties as well as a gift box containing a selection of gluten-free Belgian chocolates.

- Ganache is created by combining chocolate with boiling cream or liqueur such as rum or brandy, which results in a beautifully creamy, velvety texture. The resulting mixture is then coated in smooth Belgian chocolate or covered in powder and made into a truffle.
