How to collect points

To collect loyalty points you’ll need to create a customer account on our website.

Each time you make a purchase from Chocolate Express, you’ll earn loyalty points, which will be added to your account. At the checkout stage, you’ll have the option of spending the value of your existing points on your purchase or continue saving these points.

You’ll earn 1 point for every £1 you spend on our website, the redemption value of our loyalty points is 1 point = £0.05p. Loyalty points can ONLY be redeemed on the Chocolate Express website and have no other value.

Please note that loyalty points earned on products only, not shipping or gift wrap or ribbon, and may be withdrawn at any time or reviewed.

All loyalty points will expire a year from purchase.


We reward you 5 loyalty points for every product review you leave us. To fill out a review, simply login to your account and visit the product that you recently purchased. Click on the ‘write a review’ text and follow the steps.

Once approved, your account will be credited with your new loyalty points.

Please note that we reserve the right to withdraw loyalty points at any time.
