Mother’s Day “Nominate a Deserving Mum” Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
Mother’s Day is just around the corner on Sunday, 15th March, and this year, we want to do something extra special to celebrate the incredible mums in our community. We know that mothers, grandmothers, and mother figures do so much for us, often without ever asking for a moment to themselves.
To show our appreciation, we’re hosting a very special giveaway over on our Facebook page. We’re giving you the chance to win our Ultimate Chocolate Hamper—packed with our finest handcrafted Belgian chocolates, delicate luxury biscuits, and our signature spread. It’s the perfect excuse for her to sit down, pour a cup of tea, and enjoy a moment of pure, uninterrupted luxury.

1. The Promoter The promoter of this giveaway is Leonidas Chocolates Jersey, located at The Central Market, St Helier Jersey.
2. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to residents of Jersey aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Leonidas, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected to the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Period
The giveaway opens at the time of the Facebook post on Thursday 5th March 2026.
The closing date for entry is 11:59 PM on Wednesday 11th March 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
Entry is strictly via the official giveaway post at https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61577398104579- Leonidas Chocolate Jersey
To enter, users must:
“Like” the Leonidas Chocolate Jersey Facebook Page if you do not already.
Tag the person they are nominating in the post’s comments.
Include a short sentence explaining why their nominee deserves the prize.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups, or third parties will not be accepted.
5. The Prize
There is one (1) prize available, consisting of One Ultimate Mother’s Day Leonidas Chocolate Hamper, as pictured in on Facebook
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
Leonidas Chocolates Jersey reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries on Thursday 12th March 2026.
The winner will be notified by a reply to their Facebook comment and/or a direct message from the official Leonidas Chocolate Jersey Facebook page.
Scam Protection Notice: We will never ask you to click a link to claim your prize or ask for your bank/credit card details. Please be aware of fake accounts.
The winner must claim their prize within 48 hours of notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, we reserve the right to draw a replacement winner.
7. Prize Collection / Delivery
The prize must be collected in person from our shop in The Central Market.
8. Data Protection and Publicity
By entering the giveaway, you agree that any personal information provided will be used by Leonidas Jersey solely for the purpose of administering this promotion.
The winner agrees to the use of their name (and their nominee’s name) for a winner announcement post on our social media channels.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook). By entering, entrants release Meta from any and all liability arising from this giveaway.
