Current Openings
Online Store Administrator & Retail Assistant
We are currently seeking a proactive, adaptable individual to join our small, friendly team in a
temporary full-time role. This exciting position combines e-commerce administration, customer
support, and retail duties. For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity to move into a
permanent role after the contract ends.
Contract: Temporary, from October 2025 to end of March 2026
Hours: 30–40 per week (increased hours in December, our peak season)
Working Hours: Flexible shifts available between 8am–5pm, Monday to Saturday
Flexibility: Time off during school holidays possible
Key Responsibilities:
-E-commerce & Customer Support
-Process and print online orders, ensuring all shipping documentation is accurate
-Prepare and pack orders to meet quality and time targets
-Update and maintain website content, including product descriptions and promotions
-Provide professional customer support via email, live chat, and phone orders
-Retail & Stock Management
-Assist customers in-store at our Leonidas shop in Central Market
-Manage stock levels and process deliveries efficiently
About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a varied role and enjoys switching between admin and
customer-facing tasks.
Retail Assistant (Part-Time / Seasonal Support)
We are looking for a friendly and flexible team member to join us in our Central Market shop.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service and wants to be part of a supportive,
dynamic team.
Role Details
Main Hours: Saturdays, approx. 10am – 4pm
Additional Hours: Flexibility to work 1–2 afternoons during the week (approx. 2–5pm)
when needed
Seasonal Demand: Extra shifts available during December, Mother’s Day, and Easter
(our busiest times of year)
Key Responsibilities
-Provide excellent customer service in-store
-Assist customers with choosing chocolates and gift packaging
-Operate the till and handle cash/card payments
-Restock displays and maintain a clean, welcoming shop environment
-Support the team during busy trading periods
About You
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
Reliable and flexible with working hours
Able to work independently and as part of a small team
Enthusiastic about delivering great service and presenting premium products
Additional Information
Contract: Part-time, variable hours (with seasonal flexibility)
Location: Leonidas Chocolates, Central Market
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
