Leonidas chocolates are the best ever – I have tried so many different types of Belgium Chocolates and these are far superior to any others. Not quite sure what happened this time but I ended up with a lot of very “samey” chocolates. No manons in here although when I’ve ordered this same box previously it hasn’t seemed so restrictive. Still, there’s no such thing as a bad Leonidas chocolate so it wasn’t a disaster. They were all nice but perhaps Id like more variety next time. In the three layers, each layer had all the same chocolates. Now I’ve had about six orders of different boxes from Chocolate Express and this hasn’t ever happened before so as I ordered just before Christmas and as the lovely staff worked their socks off to get them to me before the big day it still gets a four star review and I will chalk this up to pressure of work at the busiest time of the year. Won’t stop me ordering again- chocolates well packaged, arrived swiftly and in perfect condition.

Treated myself to this as I adore Leonidas’ pralines. I wasn’t sure what additional pralines would be added to this selection, but it was a pleasant surprise. I tend to opt for the tastes I know I like, but it was good to be shown a range of other pralines I might not otherwise have tried. Really recommend this.

Arrived after 4 days, well packed and perfectly intact. The box was lovely with a ribbon, tissue inside and an index to help. Three layers of gorgeous pralines, really big chocolates. A mix of milk, dark and white including some of the GIA cubes. What I liked best was they are ‘firm’ pralines, no sloppy centres. They tasting centres and rich chocolate taste. Just ordered another box! These were meant for our anniversary on 5th Sept, but they didn’t make it, we eat them right away!
